Well the rains have passed for now. I am in hopes that means spring is just around the corner. We'll be celebrating spring in a big way in "Paris" this year. As in France, printemps (spring time) is a time for showing off the newest creations from all the famous design houses. It's your chance to show off your best chapeau at Paris In A Cup's Spring Tea.
